Calvin Timmers is the Chief Scouting Officer/Head of Scouting and mostly involved in the Player Management for the Scandinavian players at the Agency. Following in the footsteps of his father, Gerard Timmers, Calvin has played a pivotal role in expanding WFM's influence and reach. With a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the Scandinavian football landscape, he has been instrumental in identifying and nurturing top female footballers in the region. Calvin's expertise in player management and his strategic approach to scouting have helped elevate WFM's standing, ensuring that promising athletes receive the opportunities they need to succeed on the international stage. Also Calvin is a Goalkeeper and has worked as a trainer/coach at the National Federation (KNVB) of the Netherlands, VV Alkmaar (Now AZ Alkmaar), SC Telstar and SL Benfica.


Gerard Timmers is the founder of the Women Football Agency (WFM), established in 2020. With a deep passion for sports and a visionary approach to women's football, Timmers has significantly contributed to the development and promotion of female athletes on the global stage. Under his leadership, WFM has focused on finding talent, providing professional guidance, and creating opportunities for women footballers to excel in their careers. Also Gerard holds his FIFA Licence and is working over 20+ years in the Women Football Industry. Gerard is a former Goalkeeper and has worked as a trainer/coach at the National Federation (KNVB) of the Netherlands, Almere city, Telstar and VV Alkmaar (Now AZ Alkmaar). Besides all this experience, Gerard has a bachelor degree in Sport Management and Sport Marketing achieve at the Johan Cruyff University.


Sander Luiten is the newest member of the Women Football Agency (WFM) family, bringing a wealth of experience from his impressive coaching career. Worked as trainer/coach at the Dutch federation (KNVB). Formerly a coach at top Dutch clubs such as PSV Eindhoven, AFC Ajax, and Excelsior, Luiten has developed a reputation for his tactical acumen and ability to cultivate talent. At WFM, he leverages his extensive background in football to mentor and guide female athletes, drawing on his experience with some of the most prestigious teams in the Netherlands. Luiten's addition to WFM underscores the agency's commitment to excellence and its dedication to providing top-tier support for women footballers. His strategic insights and coaching expertise are invaluable assets as WFM continues the growth and success of women’s football globally.
